Complete-ly Gorgeous Donna Flora

Anyone who knows me, knows that I will not wear just anything.  They may also know, that although my designer freebie collection is a fabulous sight to be seen, that there is more real life money invested into my wardrobe than anyone would care to speak out loud...for fear of admitting to a terrible weakness or more accurate, an addiction.

My favorite designers are those where I can buy their pieces sight unseen and know they will look fabulous on me.  That is why I chose to open my blog with Donna Flora.  Donna Flora is the total package of gorgeous timeless clothes, perfectly crafted jewelry, feminine classic hairstyles and NOW SHOES! (Below:  Donna Flora Mandy, Donna Flora Lois Hair in Blonde, Bella Donna Shoes, Poison #1)
These amazing shoes are a combined effort of Miss Squinternet Larnia of Donna Flora and Miss Erpla Prieto of Periquita (nicely textured, fun colored, sculpted shoes).  Currently there is a collection of six and a seventh to be released which you will see below.  The jewels on each are so very pretty and each has perfectly sculpted toes.  The shoes come with a HUD to allow you resize, change toenail color, and to match your skin color. The HUD even gives you the option to save multiple feet colors in the event you change skins, as I do. (Below, Bella Donna Shoes, Poison #7 (unreleased at time of publication) and #1)
I am always amazed at the pace at which Miss Larnia produces new products without losing quality.  Below are two of her new dresses.  The first, is Antea, a lustrous gown straight from the silver screen.  It includes the sultry, 20's style turban and I have paired it with the Dolce Vita jewelry set with cinema star cameos.
This next dress was released this week, Brocade and Jewels, a soft tapestry pattern with a ruby encrusted strap and built in brooch.  I am wearing Bella Donna Poison #3.
I could easily continue on for pages and pages of more and more gorgeous dresses, shoes and jewelry, but I am going to wrap up with the most adorable sunglasses in Second Life, Diva. (Worn with Donna Flora Lois Hair in Blonde and the Justine Jewlery set.
You can visit  Donna Flora at my home in Old Hollywood or at her main store in Garman (where you will find a super selection of freebies and dollarbies.
You may also visit Erpla Prieto's original Periquita Shoes at Lame designs.

Welcome to Hollywood Vivienne DuFaux

I am just a small town girl with big city dreams, fostered by afternoons at the cinema and hours of pouring over fashion magazines at the drugstore counter. It took a lifetime of savings for that bus ride to Hollywood, and it is no short of a miracle that I am here.

Now, MY face has graced those fashion pages and I have found that most everyone here, from the designers to the starlets, all have a similar story of hard work, heartbreak and triumph.

This blog is a chance to showcase those triumphs, showcasing those in Second Life who do amazing things, entertain me and make me look good. To them, I raise my glass...let the champagne flow!
